I live in TN, we had about 10in of rain today, came home to full and overflowing pool. when i was pumping the water down i saw the side wall was puffed out i felt it and there is water behind the linner. what can i do if any, Help.

I am assuming in ground vinyl. If it is, did the PB put in a "dry well" or sump tube near one side or end?
