I thought I should share a problem I stumbled upon when I first started maintaining my pool.

I have a 16 foot round pool which I calculated to be 6,000 UK gallons or 27,276 litres
However, 6,000 US gallons are only 22,712 litres

I visited websites offering to calculate chlorine grams required depending on the total number of gallons, but they don't state if they were using UK or US gallons so it got kind of confusing.

I'm glad I found the poolcalculator.com script as it provided metric and imperial too.
I think it's going to make my life a bit easier working the figures out now.

YAY!

Here's hoping for a nice summer of crystal clear pool water! :flower:
