Been using my New Polaris 360 all season and I have to complain a little. :blah: Not sure its best for my 1/2 rectangle 1/2 roman pool.
It is good for picking up leaves but does not scrub or do well picking up dirt. So its not a replacement for vacuuming.
Perhaps it will be best when I get more leaves in a few weeks.
I find it is often stuck in the corner or my rectangle shallow end until it backs up and end frees itself up.
I don't expect it to climb the vertical walls but maybe a little on deep end .

What' s your experience folks?

My pool is best described as oval, with a deep end. My 360 will climb the vertical walls, though. It also picks up whatever dirt gets in there.

You may try a finer mesh vacuum bag (several different vac bags containing differing woven mesh "tightness" are available for the 360). If your current bag has a looser mesh (weave), the dirt may be getting picked up but it goes through the bag. Here are two bags with a tighter mesh: http://www.amazon.com/Zodiac-9-100-1015-Sand-Silt-Replacement/dp/B000YBS8UE/ref=pd_sim_lg_4 or http://www.yourpoolhq.com/polairs-3...V22205_a_7c1225_a_7c5288_a_7cPOL_d_201_d_3320.
