That depends entirely on the readings. If there's low chlorine, it gets taken care of first. But if there's no chlorine and it needs to be SLAMmed, then pH gets adjusted first. And if CYA is way high and a partial drain is called for, it makes no sense to balance things only to pump it out a day later.
High TA is the last thing you worry about. Low TA might need to be addressed early on so the pH adjustment goes smoother.
