That depends entirely on the readings. If there's low chlorine, it gets taken care of first. But if there's no chlorine and it needs to be SLAMmed, then pH gets adjusted first. And if CYA is way high and a partial drain is called for, it makes no sense to balance things only to pump it out a day later.
High TA is the last thing you worry about. Low TA might need to be addressed early on so the pH adjustment goes smoother.

Just coming off a successful SLAM. Here are my numbers
CYA 80 (measured before SLAM)
FC 20 (now dropping after SLAM)
CC 0
TC 20
pH ? (not measured yet due to high FC. Tends to rise and hasn't been checked since before SLAM - 3 weeks)
TA 90
CH 320
Salt 3800 (from TF-100 test kit but pool equipment reads 2900)

When the FC drops below 10, adjust the pH if needed, then wait for FC to drop to 6 or 7 and turn on the SWG. You're through the hard part. Now it's mostly just check and adjust pH every few days and fiddle with the setting on the SWG to maintain FC between 4 and 6.
