Hayward Max Flo Variable Speed pump

I am considering this pump and have a few questions:
- what is the noise level of this pump?
- can anyone comment on the reliability of this pump

* this pump would be used on a 15k gallon fiberglass pool (hopefully being installed in the next 1-2 months)

I believe this is the first year this pump has been sold. No knowledge of any issues for them pump, or its average lifespan.

We installed the super Pump VS this year and on low speed its WAY quieter than the Super Pump it replaced. Turn it up, and you get some noise, but its not bad at all.

We have just installed the Max Flo VS and have to say that it's amazingly quiet. at anything less than 1500 rpm it's nearly silent, in fact the Pool Pilot is noisier! Even at the higher speeds it's way quieter than my previous pump. With regards to reliability...only time will tell.
