We finally got our Intex 22'x54" pool filled and ran the pump for 24 hrs as recomended. I went to turn the swg on and had no power. Upon inspection, I noticed water coming from the power supply, we had some heavy rain yesterday and it must have gotten in. I've already added 120 lbs of salt, and wonder what the consequences might be if I can't exchange the unit...

You will have some salt in the water which will improve the feel ... that is it. No big deal.
You will just have to chlorinate manually instead.
