Coping mastic/caulk cracking

Hi, we bought a home with an existing pool in March. I've finally got the pool dialed in with BBB and my TF 100. :-D We had noticed an odor that we thought was the water. We found out the odor is coming from the area where there was water penetration and likely mold where the mastic has holes. I tried posting a pic from my iPad but the file size is too big. Cracks range about 1 to 3 inches in length and less than 1/4 in in width.

I sprayed a bleach solution in the cracks.

Are these considered minor? Should I replace the mastic/caulk? If so what is the best product?

Yep, caulk 'em.

Polyurthane caulk is the most durable but a little hard to work with. You'll get the best job if you mask off the joints and then smooth them out with a putty knife.
