Bleach vs. Heat

I store my bleach in the garage and it get very hot in there. I mean really hot. But, I don't have that much on hand and I don't hold on to it for more than a few weeks before it gets used. Is this a problem or no?? I have read that heat degrades chlorine pretty quickly...

It can degrade with heat and sunlight. Can you keep in basement if you have one.?
