How long did your SLAM take...

I had a green swamp when I opened this year and it took 3 days. I have a DE filter which helps speed things along. I stayed up late, woke up once during the night and woke up early. I hit it hard every hour (from 6 to midnight), scrubbed every other hour and made sure to get enough supplies on hand. I already knew about the BBB/TFP way, so I was able to start with knowledge (thanks to this website) which is the most important part of the process. I also turned on my polaris at the end of day 1. I think the polaris helps pick up more debris and circulate the water.
