I have had my pool for about 6 yrs now. I have a vinyl liner and on the shallow end and near the shallow end skimmer it was "bunched" up a little. It does not seem to be affecting anything, but it is noticeable. Should I worry, and should i attempt to fix it and how??

Is the liner bunched up like "brains" or is it something else?
It is bunched up like "brains" it is likely chemical damage. If it doesn't leak, it's just cosmetic. ...say the voice o experience.
You could cover it with a patch piece from the pool store.

not like brains, but like someone pulled it a little bit over another part. if that makes any sense
Straight line wrinkles like you would get from pulling the corners of a piece of kitchen cellophane (saran wrap)?
I would guess that your liner slipped a bit, if the wrinkles are pointing down.
Could also be that the skimmer was installed before enough water was in the pool, so wasn't in quite the right place.
