Adding chemicals at once?

I need to add some CYA to my SWG , vinyl liner pool to bring up my level. I also need to add some baking soda to bring up my TA a smidge. PH is good at 7.6. Always wondered, whats the best order to add these and can I add baking soda and CYA at the same time or should I wait between? I know CYA can decrease PH but I'm not sure how much and if its worth worrying about. Just Cyrus on the forums opinion. Thank you.

Baking soda dissolves fast. I'd add that first, wait 15-20 min, then do CYA.

The CYA will have some effect but not enough to adjust for. You can calc it at the bottom of the pooolcalculator, if you like. Ph will rise slowly anyway on it's own.

I think I would leave TA right where it is for an SWG.

If you add anyway, they can be done one right after the other.

At the bottom of pool calc ...effects of adding chem's it will tell you how much of x amount of CYA will lower PH.

I was thinking about leaving the TA alone but seemed a smidge low for TFP SWG recommended levels.

Your TA is in the recommended range, so you might as well leave it alone for now. If TA goes down further, then raise it.
