WOW What a time saver! I didn't take a before picture but all I can say this device certainly cut down on the time to pressure wash the concrete deck. Here in Florida it has to be done at least once a year. It normally took two days but with this it only took about 3 hours.
It is easy to use, you do have to go back and rinse off the deck afterwards. The price isn't bad considering the time saving you get. I did rush an area or two and needed to go back over it but that was my fault for rushing.
It does have excellent reviews at home depot.
