FYI... i abuse my pitcher. I lives in the yard, next to the pool. It has yellowed a little after two years but I am OK with that.

I try to be fairly precise so I'm not adding any more than needed. I usually skip testing PH and Chlorine 2 or 3 times a week if the level of sunlight is lower for example.
