The wire that goes from the top of the pool cage into the ground came out. How can I fix this? For some reason I am not finding anything online maybe I am using the wrong search codes.

That sounds like the bonding wire. But you're not giving us much information....is the pool in ground, above ground, what? pool-school/read_before_you_post
Re: Pole Cage Cable Brace/Wire Cord Came Out of Ground and
Was there a screw anchor in the ground there?
Those are usually attached to the framing on the opposite corner. Does it look like there was a bracket down there?
Re: Pole Cage Cable Brace/Wire Cord Came Out of Ground and
The wire you are showing in the picture is a tension wire attached to an adjustable swivel. The purpose of the wire is to maintain a certain amount of tension at the end points (where attached) to either keep the unit as a whole square (much like gate hardware) or it could be to help keep it attached to the ground.
Much like a tent guide wire/tie down. Look at the bottom of your structure for the other end of the wire. Do you see the attaching point? If not, look on the opposite side of the structure to see if it has an identical wire/cable. It should have the same set up. Any hardware store should be able to assist.
