Patch cement chip on pool deck

There is a small chip (smaller than a dime) on the edge of my cement pool deck that is exposing the styrofoam underneath it. What do you guys recommend to use to patch it?

Hydraulic cement will most likely fix it but you probably don't want to buy a new large quantity. You can probably get some concrete patch compound and fix it.
