I have an aqua rite salt unit. I read other posts and found that my fuse was blown. My little black quarter size limiter talked about looks good. I replaced the fuse. The unit operated for two minutes and the minute flow started the fuse blew. What's next. There are no other visible problems.

If you feel comfortable debugging electrical problems, the first step would be to remove the control board and examine it closely for any components/traces that look burned or charred or exploded.

Could it be that black thing referred to in the many posts? It does have a few hairline cracks. I have already ordered a replacement.
