Getting Looks at the Grocery Store

Saturday night on our way to dinner, my wife and I stopped by Aldi before it closed.

I had been saying we needed bleach for 2 days, we were down to our last gallon and a half. When we got to Aldi, they only had 9 jugs left. 9 jugs on the entire pallet!!?? Really? I grabbed all 9. (96 oz., 6%, $1.29)

As we were checking out, the girl mumbled..."that's a lot of bleach." I took her comment as a compliment.

    Thanks TFP.

You should make the same purchase but add 3 cases of beer and Vaseline. Yep... that was me last week at Wal-Mart. The Vaseline was for a painting project.

Just tell the clerk "it works really well for getting blood stains out".

    Google "the Walmart game".

I'm waiting for the day that excessive purchases of bleach start getting us noticed by Homeland Security.

On the way out, I always say to my husband (son or daughter), "Are you sure this is enough to dissolve the whole body?"

Those who are actually dissolving bodies would use the ones labeled pool shock because it's stronger and doesn't look suspicious.

When I bought a case of 4 at Aldi, the cashier asked if it was pool time. Guess a lot of people around here use Aldi bleach for their pool.
