My wheels will turn fine manually. Turning any one will turn all the wheels. But when I hook the water pressure line to it they won't turn. Water comes out of the rear and the three jets but nothing gets to the wheels. I have noticed that over time it first quit climbing the walls and progressively became slower till now where it won't go at all. The pump and pressure seems fine. I can't measure the pressure but it'll shoot straight up 6 feet when disconnected. I have had issues with the chain coming off quite a bit but I've installed a chain guard on it.
