Trouble Free Pool in Costco magazine!

How exciting - not sure if you know - but this website is referenced in Costco Connection July issue on page 69!

Looks like a lot of traffic will be coming your way! Congrats!

They solicited for comments a few months ago, which a few of us responded to. Although as I recall, they seemed to really be pushing the tablets, being that is what they sell. Will have to look for the article.

Well I agree with the first 3 paragraphs and it quickly goes way down hill from there.

I sent a letter off to the editor, briefly and politely debunking the pool guy's claims. We shall see if they print it.

Agreed. But I also noticed their "pool school" side. I didn't like it as it is too close (same)as pool school here........but theirs was wrong. Can pool school be trademarked?

Re: Trouble Free Pool in Costco magazine!

I get the majority of my bleach from Costco or Sams. I just walk on by the "pool supplies" section and straight to the laundry isle where the real pool supplies are kept. Just think of all the bleach they could sell if they pushed it pool owners. If they sold muriatic acid they would be my one stop pool supply store.

"Pool School" is pretty common with the pool builders around here and probably everywhere. All of the builders we interviewed told us that we would be walked through pool school at the time they turned the pool over to us.
