Installing new solar blanket

Hi, newbie here, need to install a new solar blanket on my 15X30 above, I've forgotten the procedure on how to attach the straps so they're in the right spot on the blanket. My reel is on brackets about 1/5 from the end. The straps are already on the reel from the old blanket.any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure on an oval pool but I think you put them where the radius starts.
