Just got my test kit

The crucial thing to keep track of with fresh plaster is the PH. You don't want to let the PH go above 8.0, and preferably not above 7.8.

I would wait until it has been four weeks since the pool was plastered, and then test and adjust everything. You can test anything you want to right now :) but you don't want to adjust TA, CH, or CYA until it has been four weeks.
