Plano area help

I just sold my house with a pool and put a bid in on a house that does not have a pool. Problem is the house did have a pool that has been covered up. Is this going to be a major issue if I decided to put in a pool? Investment company said the pool was chipped away and filled in. My relater seems to think that it will add major cost to building a new pool. Also on that note any recommendations for a good pool builder in the plano area.

What does chipped away and filled in mean? Is there still a burried gunite pool shell?

What kind of pool was it?


Do you have good access for a full backhoe?

I'd get bids from excavation contractors directly.
