    Adding chemicals

    Does it matter how the baking soda and bleach go into the pool?should one be added
    Before the other.

    My ph is 7.2 if I add soda ash to raise the ph my water turns very cloudy 18x48. 1.500 gal turn over per hour 5.500.00 gal pool.

    At a pH of 7.2, I would leave it alone as pH tends to naturally rise in most pools.

    If you decide to raise pH, use 20 mule team borax.

    With properly balanced water there isn't any need for either of those.
