Problem with swim out

I have a cozy cove with a knob the lets air in the lines to create bubbles. Well today I noticed some water around that area and went to investigate. When my pump is at its highest setting water starts coming out of the air line. When on speed 1,2,3 it doesn't come out. This has never happened before, pool is only 10 months old. What could cause this? Also water comes out of all jets equally so I would think a line could be pinched. All PVC is rigged except for what came on the cozy cove already. Here is a few pics.

Are all of the jets flowing as usual, or is one of the jets weaker than the others. A little pebble or clump of dirt inside one of the jets could do what you describe. Usually there is a way to remove the jet temporarily, which will generally release the pebble/dirt.

All of the jets feel like they have the same pressure. I will try taking them out tomorrow to see if there is something caught up in them. Thanks Jason
