Main Drain Lid Installation

Hello all,

I was wondering how to go about screwing in the main drain lid? As of right now the 1 piece grated lid just sits on top of the drain hole, and when ever anyone jumps in it causes it to move or flip off. There isn't any preexisting holes in the cement so I wasn't sure if I could just put two small screws to hold it down or if there is another method.
