    Ecosavr liquid solar pool cover

    Besides the price, is there any other reason these would not work other than in an emergency? You know while waiting on a new solar cover.
    24' round AG 15K gals. DIY solar heater. SolarChlor Max producing free chlorine!!. Pool is crystal clear!! Doing my best to use natural products or processes.

    I've never tried them because quite frankly - I'm reluctant to put anything in my water that isn't the usual pool chemical.

    While liquid pool "covers" are better than nothing, they are not nearly as effective as an actual solar cover, and not generally worth the expense. Some brands give the water an oily feeling that bothers many people, others do not have this issue.
