i added my borax and cya and this morning the pool had turned green from a cloudy blue ....i also added about a half of a jug of dollar store brand bleach what did this???

Is that loose debris on the bottom? If so, it needs to be vacuumed out before you do anything else.
What is the fill source? City or well water? Can you please post test results and tell us how you got those results.

ya storm came in for the last 2 evenings...ill post test results soon i use a tf100 kit.....i added cya yesterday so will that test be accurete yet
ok been close to a week and i have checked everything cl=3 ph=7 cya=50 ta=70 i cleaned all the solids i can out and have alot of dust which turned it greenish again like the pic above but i have no vac to my filter or to waste it out in yard how do i need to get this out now...........i did shock it again today to
Read Pool School. Shock is not a product or one time thing. It is a process that can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
i understand that i plan on keeping it up for a wile......what do i need to do about my fine debris that flows through my vac bag catcher
What filter do you have? If it is a sand filter, you can vacuum to waste to get rid of some of it.
i have the little cartrage filter that came with it (a type)

ouch. Those little venturi types can't get the fine stuff out of the pool. You will need to get some sort of adapter to go to your skimmer outlet (suction port on the pump) to vacuum through the filter.
