Where to get parts for a Delair skimmer pole?

The rubber friction ring in my skimmer pole deteriorated and now the extension joint slips no matter how much you tighten it. Anyone know where to get this piece or what a new one looks like?

The rest of the pole is perfectly good so if possible I'll replace this $1 part rather than spend $$$ for a new pole.

What's left of the friction ring.

A picture of the extension joint.

The friction ring used to live in the red circle, between the fingers and the inner pole.

I doubt it's a $1 part. Here is a site with some parts and nothing is $1.
