Consistent FC Testing

I have the the Taylor Chlorine test, but I'm a little confused. From what I understand I'm supposed to add a "Large scoop" of the R-0870. What is a large scoop? Is it rounded, is it level? I assume the amount of the R-0870 that you use makes a difference in the test results. If it does matter does anyone have a method of getting a consistent measure. Also if it does matter, why isn't an appropriate sized scoop provided to use a level scoop?

As long as it has a couple granules of undissolved powder in it after you mixed it up but before you start counting drops, it's enough.

Does not matter much. Just start with a nice pink. Too little can be a problem and you may need a second scoop at high FC levels, but you can not really have too much.
