I have had everything tested and the water is good, I cleaned both of the cells and it's still saying low salt. This pump worked great all last year with no issues. Any help would be awesome!

I don't have a reading on the pump, it's an intex but I had the water tested and they told me that all of the levels are good.
Welcome to TFP!!! Telling us the "levels are good" is not very helpful ... especially since our recommended levels are different that many pool stores.
Get the water tested again and get the actual numbers ... or much better yet, get one of the Recommended Test Kits and add the salt test.
Take a look at the metal plates inside the SWG cell. If they have any white chalky deposits on them they need to be cleaned. Plates that need to be cleaned will cause a low salt error.
