OK, I have a Astral millenium filter. I replace the spder gasket and big round that goes around the top. And it still leaks out of the backwash outlet.... but not when its in recycle position????? and when I put in in backwash position it has very little pressure. It comes out fast in the filter position then in the backwash position.... I am lossing my mind with this freakin thing.. It is an 12x25 above ground. any HELP would be great, thanks.

Did you happen to lose the proper position of the key assembly? In other words it will appear to be in the filter position but it will really be in the recirculate position and etc.
If that's not the problem then the spring may be weak and not provide enough pressure to seal the spider gasket

I paid extra attention to the line up position. so I dont think it's that. the real kick in the a#$% is it only 3 seasons old.
