Getting ready to sign a contract. Does this look good?

if it is not too late I say increase the size of the heater. As an earlier poster said it won't really change your gas usage (unless having the larger heater encourages you to use it more often because it works faster). My family in the Houston area loves the heater for the extended pool season when it is actually pleasant outside (Feb-Apr) and (Oct-Nov).

How much price diff can there be in the bigger heater? If it is a question of needing a new or bigger gas line that could be a diff story.
 
We signed the contract. Got the 400 btu heater and the 2 speed pump. I will take pictures of the current backyard (not much to see). I am thinking I should start a new thread for my build. I need to put my info in my signature. Thanks all.
