1st post - Yellow/Brown stains on pool liner??

I belive the stain is from to much algicide and metal in the pool. I now I have a stain all across the bottom that no amount of scrubbing can help release it. I did try vitamin C on the stain and it seems to almost immediatly lessen the color. Is there something I can buy that will help the whole pool? I am positive its nbot alge. At this point the pool is clean but its looks bad, will I have to drain and get a new liner?

Pool 15,000 - 17,000 gallons
