Please Review New IG Pool Quotes

I have been lurking for a while and have learned so much from the wealth of information available here. I am in East Texas and was wondering if anyone could tell me if I am on the right track. I think I am finally (nervously) ready to pull the trigger.

    PB1
    All Hayward Equipment

    Size: 16x32 Freeform Gunite
    Depth: 3' 6" - 5' - 4' (Sport Pool)
    Tanning Ledge capped with flagstone
4 Bar stools capped with flagstone with raised coping bar top
    Plaster: White
    Salt Finish Concrete Deck 600sqft
    Flagstone Coping (sealed)
    Benches (2)
Hayward 1.5 HP Super II pump
    24" Sand Filter
    3/4 HP for cleaner
    Polaris 280
    Aqua Rite SWCG
    Aerators under coping (2)
    Pool Miser Autofill
    24 hr Time Clock
    LED Lights (2)

    Total: $41k

    PB2
    All Jandy equipment

    Size: 17' 6"x34' Freeform Gunite
    Depth: 3' 6" - 6'
    Tanning Ledge capped (no flagstone)
4 Bar stools capped with flagstone with raised coping bar top
    Plaster: Pebble Fina
    Broomed Finish Concrete Deck 600sqft
    Flagstone Coping
    Benches (1)
    Jandy Stealth Variable Speed Pump
    Sand Filter
    3/4 HP for cleaner
    Polaris 280
    SWCG
    Aerators under coping (3)
    Autofill
    I Aqualink control system
    LED Lights (2)

    Total: $54k

I realize that PB2 is a bigger pool with a few extras and I am waiting for PB1 to revise bid to make this a more apples to apples comparison. We have decided not to go with a sport pool. I have attached a rendering from PB2.

Thanks in advance for your remarks

I think your BB1 quote will be more in line with what we paid as you do not have a spa. PB2 seems a little high.

Sorry, I dont have any opinion on the quotes, however curios if those renderings represent 600 sq/ft of concrete?

There is concrete under and 8 ft. beyond the covered area already. PB2 concrete should read 632 sq. ft. Sorry, copy/paste error.
