Bronze Slide Push-Pull Valve Identification

Looking to replace a backwash slide valve shaft.
But I have no clue what the make or model is.
I've scoured so many websites but I can't find a close match.

Anyone recognize the logo / mark on the valve housing?
Looks like two diamond-shaped stars...

Any help would be most appreciated.

BTW, this is an awesome looking active forum. I might have visit more often looking for tips.

Backstory...
Recently noticed water starting to leak around the slide valve.
Was told by a Leslie's Pool employee to check the O-ring inside the backwash valve.
Sure enough, it was worn and was likely causing the leak.
I also noticed that the rims (?) that hold the center O-ring in place are decaying, contributing to the leak.

Back up a little and let us see the whole valve?

I suspect you're going to be better off replacing the whole valve.

Sure. Here are some more pics.

Took it to a local pool supplier and they basically gave me a shrug and told me to it was too old/no longer manufactured.
They didn't recognize the make either (or rather didn't even bother to examine it carefully.)

This is just a long shot. I'll probably just break down and spring for whole replacement if needed.

Couple more shots. Those washers were my lame attempt at salvaging the plunger.
