Painting Pool Wall

I recently purchased a used pool wall which for the most part is in very good shape. The only problem with the wall is the about 1/2 of the pool wall length was partially buried(around 6-12") and when removed and cleaned, the paint was in pretty rough shape. I'm looking at buying primer and paint for the wall and painting before installation. What type of paint would you recommend? I would like to stay within a limited budget but I like to do things right. It's a steel 52" wall and 27' diameter which is around 84' long. All thoughts are appreciated.

I would suggest asking a paint expert locally. Few of us here on the forum are a good resource for paint.

I like Rustoleum, but have no idea if it's the correct stuff to use in this situation.
