    Pool Heater & Chlorine Usage

    Hi to all:

Does the temperature of the pool effect the amount of chlorine used, i.e., as the temperature rises with the use of a pool heater does more chlorine get consumed?

To some degree yes as algae can grow more easily as the water temperature increases ... although it may not be enough to be noticeable.
