We set up our metal frame intex pool It's almost done filling we started yesterday. One side is about an inch lower than the other is this ok?

If it's on the side opposite the return it's not a big deal. If it's on the return side you'd just have to keep a closer eye on it and make sure there's always enough water so the pump doesn't run dry.
It is on the side of the return looks like the water line will go to right above the return. I'll just have to watch it.
When I said 'return' I did mean the skimmer, sorry about that. Bad wording on my part. The point is, you always have to make sure the level is high enough so it can flow into the skimmer.

if yr fussy and cant live with the inch, put some kind of packing under the "low" feet to level things off
