I am a Baquacil convert and love BBB. I am trying to help my sister with her pool. It is cloudy...I know to continue to shock until it clears my question is ...her ph is 8.2....do we just clear it up first and then work on the ph? Thanks Deb

lower the pH first and then start the conversion.

Only trust the pH test when the FC is less than 10ppm. That is why you adjust it first before the shock process.
