I have a 16 48 ultra frame pool it came with the regular cartrige filter pump. Last week I found a sand pump pretty cheap so I bought it. Well today my wife bought a saltwater system the question is, is what pumps should I use? The regular pump conected to saltwater or sand connected to saltwater ? Need help!!

What little I know about these systems, the sand filters are far superior to the tiny cartridges si use the sand with the SWG.
