Safety Cover Anchors

I have a few anchors that have come completely out of their holes on my concrete pool deck. Any ideas on how to get then to hold back in their holes? Would something like Liquid Nails work??? I know there is alot of stress on them when the cover is on...

Length is going to be your friend when it comes to the anchors. Mine were brass mechanisms press fit into a 8 inch aluminum sleeve. I drilled 8 inches into my concrete base with a 7/8 drill and sunk them far. They ended up being a tight fit in most cases. But even in the ones that were a bit loose the 8 inch depth prevented them from being pulled out.

Look to see if the company you bought them off has some sort of extension for them.
