What can you take from this? Looks like they had an algae problem? Maybe because of the tablets? Still waiting on the 100 test kit...should be here tomorrow

The alkalinity Plus is baking soda, just fine for raising TA. The QuickTabs are presumably trichlor, which has occasional uses. I am not sure what the dechlor is, possibly something to lower FC levels, which is fairly useless in an outdoor pool. Stay away from the copper algaecide, you never want to add copper to the pool.
 
Definitely do not use that algaecide as adding metal to the water is rarely a good idea. The other things might be useful depending on what your test results indicate.
