Placeholder for SWG cell for off-season use ... rid=229466

Does anybody have any experience with this thing? It's a placeholder for the cell for off-season use.

Is this necessary/beneficial? Would removing the cell during the off-season help extend its life?

Not unless you close the Baton Rouge, I doubt you need it.
