Above ground pool liner cleaner

Can anyone recommend a product that will clean grime/possible suntan lotion buildup on my above ground pool liner? The stain is all around the pool right at/above the water line. This is the 3rd summer I've had the pool and the stains have been there for more than a year. Any help is appreciated.

You can raise the water level above the ring and the chlorine should do it. Or a chlorine and water mixture with a sponge. Or try a Mr eraser to scrub it.
