Hi Guys trying to get this dialed in, close but very high CH

FC=4.0
CC=0
TC=4.0

PH=7.5
T/A=110 This is parked at 110, cannot get it lower no matter how much MA I dump in

CYA=30
Salt=3440
Borates 80

CH=3000, I was in disbelief, re did the test, same result. Using last years chemicals, could these be too old? Pool calc said replace 91% of my water. That aint gonna happen as I would need to truck it in for like $500

So any ideas? Water does get replaced upon evaporation

Did you really use 300 drops (or 120 drops if using a 10 ml sample) of titrant?

Did the sample turn purple at any point?

Lowering TA can take a while. Also, if your fill water is high in TA and you frequently need to top off evaporation, you may never get it lower than that.
