what about a chat room? Not everyone has to be in the chat, and if a helper wants to spend time in the chat helping people, you can get a more in tuned, faster with each situation.

Many threads get responded to within an hour of posting with a lot even faster than that.
I've thought about the same thing, but another limitation is that a lot of times the advice given requires time to complete.
I kinda giggled at the responses here. Its not like anyone is obligated to be in the chat room. Its not even a guarantee that the answers can be given in the chat, or that they would even be correct, but you could bounce ideas that maybe you aren't thinking about with the community and you wouldn't have to wait for said responses during this process. Plus, the people involved in the conversation, could become a little more intimate with the situation at hand.. It is just a suggestion.
