Connection between Agua Logic and Pentair heater

Here is my problem. I had to replace the blower motor in my Pentair heater, in the process I broke the 2 low voltage wires that come from the Logic's main board (heater1) . So if some can show/tell me where to hook these two wires to my heater, I would be very appreciative.

Mark, that is a picture of the Aqua Logic board showing heater relay #1, the broken wires that need to be reinstalled, are in my Pentair heater.

Ok so I am confused why you posted the Aqua Logic board. The Pentair control board should have a remote thermostat connection that the wires will connect to. It is also in the manual that you can download from here:
