Hi guys, just about to order a slime bag, the site shows each bag and what gpm it's rated for. I was looking at the extra polishing bag at 60 gpm, is that number high enough to go on the return line? The pump/filter says the design flow rate is 100 gpm. Seems like a silly question but I wasn't sure if that number is the same number they are referring to. Turnover is 48,000 gallons in 8 hours. It's a two speed pump so I assume that's on high?

100 gpm rating would be with extremely low head loss and likely unattainable in reality. How many returns do you have? Likely you will not have an issue with the 60 gpm bag, or just run on low speed.
100 GPM is the max for the filter, not what the system will actually move in a real situation. Unless you have an especially large pump, you should be fine with a 60 GPM bag.
