Anyway to smooth out the bottom of a AGP with water in it?

I've noticed since opening my pool this year that my liner has some wrinkles in it on the floor, making sweeping difficult. I know I may need to drain the pool somewhat, but can I smooth them out without completely draining it? It seems like the sand underneath isn't flat (it never was completely flat anyway) but I want to make it as easy as possible to sweep. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

If there is sand in the wrinkles then I doubt you can move then. If they are just wrinkles on top if the sand then toy may be able to move them with a plumbers plunger.
