Matrix pool safety envelope

Can some body who has installed a matrix round pool tell me where the safety envelope should be located in the packages. It should contain vinyl gaskets for skimmer and return. I can't seem to locate one. Also, if I don't have the vinyl gaskets, can I go ahead and put the pool up and fill have full and installed the gaskets when I get them.

I don't have a matrix pool.Yes you can install your pool and fill it up just stop filling when your a couple inches below the skimmer.If your in a hurry to finish your pool you can pick up the gaskets at the local pool store they are fairly cheap.I would hate for you to have to wait a week or two for $20 worth of gaskets.
